Privacy policy

This site collects as little as a website can. Here is what that means in practice, written under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What the site collects

Nothing by design. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no cookie set by this site, no account, no newsletter and no form that stores data. The pages are static files.

What the hosting provider sees

The site is served by a content delivery network. Like any web host, it records standard server logs: the IP address of the request, the time, the page requested and the browser’s user-agent string. These logs are held by the provider under its own policy for a short period for security and capacity purposes. I don’t receive them in identifiable form and don’t use them to identify anyone.

When you email me

If you write to the address on the contact page, I hold your email and what you sent for as long as the correspondence is useful, then delete it. It isn’t shared, sold or added to any list.

Links to casinos

If a casino is linked from this site, the link passes through this site’s own address first and then to the casino. The casino’s site has its own privacy policy, and from the moment you arrive there, that’s the one that applies. Any account you open is with the casino, not with me.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask what personal information I hold about you and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Email the contact address; I’ll answer within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, oaic.gov.au, handles complaints.

Changes

This policy is dated at the top of the page. If it changes, the date changes with it.
